Extreme conflicting emotions

 I am So excited.. I am so Mad.. I am soo excited.I am so mad. In the Sunday ads I saw this Schwinn Bike, it it all Pink and for some silly reason I decided I really wanted this bike.. I had been planning on buying myself a bike when that government stimulation money came. I don't even like pink, but his one just tickled me. I had over paid a doctors office and Igot a check for $200 yesterday.  I called target and they have the bike all put to gether and I am going to get it in 10 minutes..can't wait can't wait..  Now the soo mad part. that photo history I was doing for Liz's shower. I just put in the CD and more than half the pictures are sideways!! I made a point to turn every long picture before I scanned it.. I played around with it trying to fix it but it tells me it is read only. I hope there is someone at church tonight that can help me or the entire project will have to be scrapped, and I will be sooo @#$%^&.   Well it is time for me to go get my Bike.. goody goody good.. My aim is actually to ride the bike to work at least twice a week..Blessings

Well, a congratulations on your new mode of transportation.  Think of the gas $$ you'll be saving pedalling to work twice a week; and an I'm so sorry your wonderful idea for Liz's shower may have to be scrapped.  That has to be disappointing.   Debbie

Biking is one of the things I missed the most when I was rotund.  I used to ride everyday and was able to eat anything. Not anymore!  Don't ya just love middle age?  Like you, I want to get into it seriously again. Today I heard that oil is projected to go to $200 a barrel which will make gas over $7 a gal.  Bikes will be in short supply.  Good luck with your pictures.  I'm semi-illiterate when it comes to things like that. I feel your pain!

The good and the bad....... I think your new bike sounds marvelous!  Good for you.  I'm sorry you had trouble with the photos.  I hope it can be fixed easily...... Go for a bike ride and forget all the other troubles for a few minutes!  Enjoy..... Kathi

SPEAKING OF CRAZY PEOPLE....LOL RICK WAS AT TARGET FRIDAY BEFORE I GOT TO OHIO....HE TOOK ONE OF THE MONGOOSE BIKES OUT OF THE RACK AND WAS RIDING IT IN THE STORE DOING TRICKS ON IT!!!!! HE SAID HE HAD A HUGE CROWD WATCHING HIM AND HE SOLD A FEW BIKES FOR TARGET....RICK IS A FORMER BMX RIDER....

WELL HE CAN DO ALL SORTS OF TRICKS ON THAT BMX BIKE HE HAS...BUT HIS DR TOLD HIM TO STAY OFF OF IT OR HE COULD END UPIN A WHEELCHAIR!!!!!!!!!!! DOES HE LISTEN?????? NO!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE BEGGED HIM TO STAY OFF OF IT BUT HE WON'T...HE HAS TAMED DOWN HIS ANTICS ON IT THO....I HAVE SEEN HIS BIKE AND ITS A NICE ONE!! WORTH OVER 1500.00 BUCKS!!!! HE IS TRYING TO FIND HIS VIDEOS OF HIM WHEN HE WAS ON TOUR BACK IN HIS BMX RIDING DAYS SO I CAN SEE THEM. AND I AM SURE IT WILL MAKE MY HEART STOP BECAUSE I HAVE SEEN THEM ON TV BEFORE...BUT I CAN SEE WHERE HE WOULD GET OFF ON DOING THOSE TRICKS!!!! HE SAYS ITS LIKE BEING FREE UP IN THE AIR.....OMG!!!!!!!! LOL

AND HE IS LIKE A LITTLE KID IN THE TOY STORES....RIGHT TO THE BIKES AND THE NASCAR THINGS....LOL I AM SURE HE WILL GET ANTHONY STARTED ON DOING THIS STUFF WHEN HE GETS OLDER...LOL

Hi Jean What program did you make your CD in? Most programs have a "protect" feature under tools. That would be where you check a box called "read only", thus not allowing anyone to make changes. If I know your program I might be able to help you thru this board. Let me know if you want additional help!
